Neo Geo CD was a console made by SNK. As Neo Geo AES consoles cartridges used arcade-quality parts, they were prohibitively expensive. The Neo Geo CD was developed in response as a more affordable option for Neo Geo games - however, given the move to disc-based media, it can't be considered "arcade-perfect" quite like its predecessor as it introduced load times and memory restrictions.

MAME emulates the Neo Geo CD however just like the Neo Geo itself, the tile viewer does not work.
