The VG Resource began its life in the form of The Spriters Resource.

Mark Brown, also known as Bacon, ran the site from June 2003 - January 2005.
Shane Gill, also known as Badassbill, ran the site from January 2005, to March 2006.
Daniel Brown, also known as Dazz, began running the site since then.
