The PlayStation 4 is a console created by Sony.
As the successor to the PlayStation 3, the console features improved specifications and a more community based operating system.
Ripping Tools
As the PlayStation 4's file system has yet to be opened, there are currently no tools available for the PlayStation 4 to help ripping content.
Suggested Emulators
Currently there is only one genuine emulator for the PS4 and that is Orbital however it is at a very early state and mostly at the research stage. No games work and is not user friendly.
Do not expect working PS4 emulation for a good while and had it worked, no current available computer would be able to run it full speed.
