So I got my hands on this forgotten Mii Game only released in Japan called "AKB48 +ME"

context for the game

and I was wonder what files contain the text and how to open them. I have never done 3ds modding at all and if I do finish this I'll release it but dsfuhfaduhfdsu I don't know where to start.
