Photoshop is a graphic editor developed by Adobe that can be used to edit sprites, textures and make icons out of the PSD template file. Photoshop is shareware and can be purchased. Portable versions can be found on the Portable app blogspot sites (for example, the portable version of the Creative Cloud program can be found on PortableXapps).
