The Nintendo Entertainment System' (often abbreviated as the NES, and also known as the Family Computer in Japan) is an 8-bit home console manufactured by Nintendo. It has a reputation for being the greatest video game console of all-time, due to reviving interests in video games after the Video Game Crash of 1983.
